Friends of the Andover Public Library is hosting MEMBER APPRECIATION NIGHT on Wednesday, October 22 from 5:30 to 7:30 at the library during the 1st day of the Big Book Sale.
Highlights of this “MEMBERS ONLY” event:
Beautiful violin music shall be performed by Ryan Byun, a junior at Andover Central. Ryan is an accomplished violinist having received numerous accolades – notably a spot in the 2025 National Youth Orchestra. He will be attending a residency at Purchase College in New York before upcoming performances at Carnegie Hall and the Edinburgh International Festival in Scotland. We are elated that Ryan has agreed to perform. During the evening, you can browse through the books or sit back and enjoy his performance.

Members get a free hardback book.
Throughout the evening, we will randomly award door prizes – must be present to win.
Complimentary snacks and beverages will be provided.
A “FRIENDS” annual membership is $25 for either a single or family. Memberships will be available to purchase or renew at the door – memberships purchased during the event shall remain in effect through December 31, 2026.
Money raised is used to fund the popular summer children’s reading program, various adult activities, special programs, and to promote and support Andover’s fabulous library.
