    Non-Residents, for profit-businesses: $50/hour

    Gallery Rules

  • Touching the artwork on display or gallery walls is not permitted, and nothing may be leaned against or attached to the walls.
  • All decorations must be free-standing.
  • If the gallery walls need to be adjusted, you must ask a staff member before and after the event.
  • Tables and chairs must be set up by the group using the space and returned to their original positions after the event. A $20.00 fine will be charged if tables and chairs are not returned to their proper places.
  • Setup can take place within an hour before the event, and cleanup must be included in the event time.
  • Food and drinks can be served.
  • After the event, all trash must be placed in the dumpsters located on the south side of the building.
  • If the floor requires cleaning, staff should be notified to provide a mop and broom.
  • The rental fee must be paid at the circulation desk before the event.
  • Events and meetings must be held and concluded during regular library operating hours
