• Rectangular & Round Tables available for use
• Can seat approximately 50 people for sit down dinners or functions
• Art will not be taken down or removed during rental. Art on walls is subject to change.

  Non-profits, Andover Residents, City employees: $20/30 min

  Non-Residents, for profit-businesses: $25/30 min

  Gallery Rules

  • Touching the artwork on display or gallery walls is not permitted, and nothing should be leaned against or attached to the walls.
  • All decorations must be free-standing. A $50.00 fine will be charged if the group is caught moving the gallery wall, installing decorations, or attaching adhesive hooks to the wall.
  • If the gallery walls need to be adjusted, you must ask a staff member before the event.
  • Tables and chairs must be set up by the group using the space and returned to their original positions after the event. A $20.00 fine will be charged if tables and chairs are not returned to their proper places.
  • Food and drinks can be served.
  • After the event, all trash must be placed in the dumpsters located on the south side of the building.
  • Blinds must be returned to their original position after your event.
  • If the floor requires cleaning, staff should be notified to provide a mop and broom.
  • Set-up and clean-up must be included in the event time.
  • The rental fee must be paid at the circulation desk before the event.
  • Cancellations must be notified to the library at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Events and meetings must be held and end during regular library operating hours.
