Wichita-based artist Sarah Chavez invites viewers into a dreamlike world where food, the body, and nature intertwine. Her work merges the surreal, symbolic, and feminine, exploring the space between beauty and decay, transformation and loss. Beneath playful surfaces lie deeper reflections on desire, identity, and change, each piece unfolding like a visual poem inspired by art history, pop culture, and dreams.
