You ever notice how many covers look alike? Or maybe you can’t remember the book you read but you remember the basic details of the cover. We’re showcasing cover lookalikes every other week with a different trend each time. Today’s cover collection is simply “The Sword” and is perfect for those who can’t remember the book, but there was a sword on the cover.
The contest is open to all student, amateur, or professional artists. We welcome submissions from artists of all levels. Local and area residents are welcome to participate! Ribbons and cash prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each division. There will be one best in show winner who will receive $150 and the opportunity to have their own future gallery show and reception at the Andover Public Library.

A trio of young Bay Area urbanites–Ben Tanaka, Miko Hayashi, and Alice Kim–as they navigate a range of interpersonal relationships, traversing the country in search of the ideal connection.

The film will detail the strange events that befell the doomed crew as they attempt to survive the ocean voyage, stalked each night by a terrifying presence on board the ship. When it finally arrived near Whitby Harbour, it was a derelict. There was no trace of the crew.
An alien relic chooses Jaime Reyes to be its symbiotic host, bestowing the teenager with a suit of armor that’s capable of extraordinary and unpredictable powers, forever changing his destiny as he becomes the superhero Blue Beetle.
